Order and Payment Terms

When you call the “Paketshop” our service staff will immediately submit you a quote for delivering cardboard boxes, for packaging or shipping. The staff will supply the boxes or accept the exhibitors’ or visitors’ parcels at the “Paketshop” or pick them up from your stand. Our employees will bring a shipping order form with two copies to be completed with both the sender’s and addressee’s address. When dropping off boxes or parcels orderers pay in cash or by credit card, the number and expiry date of which are entered onto the shipping order. The number is used at the Cash Terminal. Once the credit card is accepted the goods will be shipped. On request you will receive an invoice on the basis of this advance payment.
